We grow many of our perennial plants seasonally in small batches as part of our small-scale nursery approach, working with the natural rhythms of the seasons rather than artificial growing environments. Because of this, many varieties are only available at certain times of year when conditions naturally support healthy propagation and growth. Pre-ordering gives you the chance to reserve these plants ahead of the main dispatch season before limited seasonal stock sells out.

This approach allows us to:

Expected Dispatch Timing

Our pre-orders are dispatched during spring, September, October, November, once plants are sufficiently established for safe shipping and successful planting. We aim to send all of your plants together in a single shipment where possible. However, if one or two varieties are taking slightly longer to establish than the rest of your order, we may occasionally dispatch plants in two separate shipments to avoid unnecessarily delaying the plants that are ready.
