Tips and pointers to help you make the most of your online shopping experience!
Please note, minimum online order is 4 plants.
We can pack up to 12 plants per carton/per shipping fee.

Orders are packed every Monday and Tuesday. You will receive a notification with tracking information once we’ve packed and dispatched your order. Generally, orders placed by Thursday 4pm will be sent the following Monday. During busy times, we may require longer to package and dispatch your order - we will do our best to get your order on the way as quickly as we can.

We parcel our plants with a great deal of care into specially selected and/or custom-made boxes, doing our best to ensure they will reach you in prime condition.

We have two box sizes available. The same shipping rate applies for both box sizes (up to 15kg), with freight charged according to your location.

Small box will fit 4-8 plants (minimum order of 4 plants for secure packaging)
Large box will fit 9-12 plants (maximum order of 12 plants per shipping fee*)

Rural Addresses, an additional $8 delivery fee applies.

Rural shipping is more expensive. As well as the additional cost, it can take a little longer for your plants to reach rural addresses. If possible, consider sending your order to a friend/family member with a town address so that your plants have less time in transit.

Please do take care to select the correct shipping region – we will be unable to release your order to Aramex if the incorrect shipping region and rate is selected. If necessary, we can email you to arrange settlement of additional fees however this may delay your plants delivery.

Make the most of the shipping fee by filling your box with an order of either 8 or 12 plants. To fill a large box with up to 12 plants, you may like to combine your order with friends - please do ensure you complete the order process as one combined order though (we cannot combine orders after they have been placed separately).

*For orders of more than 12 plants, please understand we will need to send your order in more than one box - additional courier delivery fees will generally apply at the same rates. For large orders or wholesale orders, please contact us for a quote and to discuss best delivery options.

Pick Up

For local customers, you can also opt to pick up your order from either the Farm Gate Stall or the weekend markets (Nelson Saturday Market and Motueka Sunday Market). It will take us a few days to process and parcel your order for you - please allow a minimum of three working days for us to prepare your order. During busy times, it may take us a little longer. We will send an email confirmation on receipt of your order and email again once we have prepared your order ready for pick up.

Returns

We put so much loving care into growing our plants in the nursery here. We hope you’ll love our plants as much as we do! 

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will meet our obligations under Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. Please choose carefully as we do not provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular plant. 

We ensure plants are in prime condition when they are dispatched from the nursery. We are unable to offer a refund if plants do not survive in your garden as there are so many variable factors that may influence the plant’s future growth.
