We ship nationwide throughout New Zealand.

For current online orders placed during winter months June-July-August, your order is a PRE-ORDER - you're first in line for the plants of your choice. They will be shipped to you as soon as they're ready in the springtime (Sept, Oct, Nov). 

From September - April, online orders are packed every Monday and Tuesday. You will receive a notification with tracking information once we’ve packed and dispatched your order. Generally, orders placed by Thursday 4pm will be sent the following Monday. During busy times, we may require longer to package and dispatch your order - we will do our best to get your order on the way as quickly as we can.

We parcel our plants with a great deal of care into specially selected and/or custom-made boxes, doing our best to ensure they will reach you in prime condition.

Shipping by Aramex Courier – Costs by Region

Nelson Tasman $9 (Rural addresses $16)
Marlborough & Golden Bay $15 (Rural addresses $22)
Wider South Island $19 (Rural addresses $25)
North Island $35 (Rural addresses $39)

Rural shipping is more expensive. As well as the additional cost, it can take a little longer for your plants to reach rural addresses. If possible, consider sending your order to a friend/family member with a town address so that your plants have less time in transit.

Please do take care to select the correct shipping region – we will be unable to release your order to Aramex if the incorrect shipping region and rate is selected. If necessary, we can email you to arrange settlement of additional fees however this may delay your plants delivery.

Pick Up

For local customers, you can also opt to pick up your order from either the Farm Gate Stall or the weekend markets (Nelson Saturday Market and Motueka Sunday Market). It will take us a few days to process and parcel your order for you - please allow a minimum of three working days for us to prepare your order. During busy times, it may take us a little longer. We will send an email confirmation on receipt of your order and email again once we have prepared your order ready for pick up.

Returns

We put so much loving care into growing our plants in the nursery here. We hope you’ll love our plants as much as we do! 

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will meet our obligations under Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. Please choose carefully as we do not provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular plant. 

We ensure plants are in prime condition when they are dispatched from the nursery. We are unable to offer a refund if plants do not survive in your garden as there are so many variable factors that may influence the plant’s future growth.
