A tall perennial traditionally used medicinally for digestive support, as a sedative and to induce lucid dreaming in a dream pillow or as a tea. 

Do not take if pregnant, breast feeding or have a health condition.

Grows to 1-2m high. Mugwort has a tendency to spread rapidly and in many areas can easily become a pest plant. We recommend planting in a large pot and not allowing it to produce viable seeds.
