A culinary herb with both the seeds and leaves used in Japan to make Tempura. Also popular in salads and herbal teas - it's flavour is unique with notes of licorice, mint and cinnamon. 

Pinch out the flower spikes as they develop to encourage bushier plants. 

Grows to 150cm.
