A striking and unusual fritillary, Fritillaria acmopetala boasts elegant, nodding blooms with pointed petals in soft green, flushed with deep maroon and bronze. Its refined, lantern-like flowers emerge in mid to late spring, adding a touch of intrigue to the garden. Slender yet sturdy stems reach 30-45cm tall, carrying delicate, silvery-green foliage.
Native to rocky slopes and open woodlands, Fritillaria acmopetala thrives in well-drained soil with plenty of sun. Ideal for naturalistic planting and free draining gardens. It brings a subtle exoticism to spring displays.
