A statuesque perennial prized for its bold, frothy pink flower plumes that float above tall stems in mid to late summer. These cotton-candy clusters contrast beautifully with the plant’s large, deeply cut foliage, which adds strong texture even before flowering. Ideal for creating a lush, meadow-like feel, especially in damp borders or naturalistic plantings.Native to the moist prairies and open woodlands of eastern North America, this plant thrives in New Zealand gardens that offer moisture and space. It’s particularly valuable in low-lying or wetter areas where other tall perennials might struggle.
