Salvia 'Royal Bumble' is a vibrant perennial celebrated for its deep crimson flowers that bloom generously from mid-summer into autumn in New Zealand. These bold, tubular blooms are a magnet for bees and other pollinators, offering a long-lasting splash of colour through the hottest months. The aromatic green foliage adds textural contrast and makes an attractive backdrop to the glowing red flowers. Though evergreen in mild areas, it may behave as semi-deciduous where winters are cooler.

The name 'Royal Bumble' playfully nods to both its rich hue and its bee appeal — a regal feast for garden pollinators.

Grows to approximately 60–90 cm tall, with a spread of 45–60 cm.
