Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) is an annual herb native to the Mediterranean region, although it is now widely grown around the world for both culinary and medicinal uses. The plant produces small, yellow flowers and has distinctive, trifoliate leaves. Fenugreek seeds are commonly used in cooking, especially in Indian and Middle Eastern dishes, adding a slightly bitter, nutty flavour. The leaves can also be used as a herb, and it is known for its beneficial effects on digestion and overall health.
Fenugreek grows to a height of about 30–60 cm and spreads to around 30 cm.

Prefers full sun
Prefers well-drained, moderately fertile soil
Frost tender (best grown in warm climates)
Uses:
Culinary use: Seeds and leaves are used in cooking, particularly in Indian cuisine
