Lychnis flos-cuculi ‘White Robin’ is a graceful perennial distinguished by its airy, white, deeply fringed flowers that appear from early to mid-spring in New Zealand. These blooms float in soft clusters above slender stems, contrasting beautifully with the narrow, dark green foliage below. Unlike many species in its genus, ‘White Robin’ brings a refined presence to cottage-style, rock garden or meadow-inspired plantings.
This European native prefers free-draining soil. Though it enjoys moisture, it also copes with drier periods once established.
